Private School is Cool
November 2nd, 2004
The girls were so excited (and nervous) for their first day at private school that they were awake an hour before the alarm clock was set to go off. They laid in bed facing each other.
Treats and a Trick
October 29th, 2004
(Note: I'm preempting the regularly scheduled drama that's going on over at the Alphabits' house to bring you a special Halloween episode starring the Strudel sisters!)
Kara and Kim awoke bright and early on Halloween morning. Unable to contain their excitement for trick-or-treating, they got dressed in their costumes and woke up their mom to do their makeup. After all, wearing a costume just to go trick-or-treating was a waste of a good outfit.
Finally the Feratus
October 21st, 2004
Nos is a very old vampire. Some even say he's the infamous Vlad Dracul himself. In the late 19th century, he finally found a woman with whom he wanted to spend eternity. Unfortunately, Mina was already engaged to be married. Nevertheless, he courted her until she fell in love with him. Apparently, she saw a spark of goodness in his dark heart. Knowing that their time together would be fleeting if she remained a human, Nos turned Mina into a vampire.
An Aerial Tour of Pirate's Cove
October 20th, 2004
(Note: Thanks to Kathy for giving me the idea for this entry. :))
We here at the Pirate's Cove Town Crier would like to think that our town's recent population boom and influx in tourism are a result of our new name. But, it is probably also a result of recently being featured in a "Small Town, SimLand" report on SBN Weekend. It is definitely thanks to the kind producers at SBN that today we are able to bring you some exciting and beautiful aerial shots of Pirate's Cove.
The Veladorns Meet the Feratus
October 19th, 2004
(Note: There is a family that appears in this story that I haven't introduced to yet—the Feratus. They are currently living in a temporary house in the neighborhood until something more suitable becomes available. I'll post their biographies as soon as I find a house for them to permanently live in.)
Briza wiped her brow and placed the last book on the shelf. Phew! Finally, the unpacking was finished. She stood up and surveyed her new home. Behind her, she heard a soft chuckle and warm breath fluttered the hair at the nape of her neck. She shivered.
"Well, well…what have we here?" the husky voice of her new husband whispered in her ear. She spun around just as she felt a sharp pinch on her rear. Thalan had a wicked gleam in his eyes.
