Finally the Feratus

Nos is a very old vampire. Some even say he's the infamous Vlad Dracul himself. In the late 19th century, he finally found a woman with whom he wanted to spend eternity. Unfortunately, Mina was already engaged to be married. Nevertheless, he courted her until she fell in love with him. Apparently, she saw a spark of goodness in his dark heart. Knowing that their time together would be fleeting if she remained a human, Nos turned Mina into a vampire.
Over the years, Nos found a way to counter one of the major drawbacks of being a vampire. With his vast wealth, Nos funded research that created a sunscreen, and formulated eye contacts as well, with a very high SPF that allow him (and other vampires) to actually be outside during the day. This breakthrough has allowed Mina and Nos to lead a relatively "normal" life. And now that they live in Pirate's Cove, Mina would like to start a family.
Spike has recently joined the Feratus. He decided he needed a break from Sunnydale and the confusion of his dysfunctional "romance" with a certain vampire slayer. Now he's looking for a soulmate.

Hehehe…Spike makes an appearance in everyone's Sim town, I think. I also have Spike and so does Kathy. It makes me giggle.
Oh, my point to the post…That is a gorgeous home in the photo. I love it. You have much better building skills than I do. I need more practice. 😆 Have a good night!

It's because Spike is so cute! There can never be too much of him.
Oh, and I can take absolutely no credit for the gorgeous house. It is the Barnavelt House by Jen. She has it available for download at her Sims Exchange page. (Thanks again, Jen! It's perfect for the Feratus.)
I've had such good luck finding houses that I like that I have yet to actually build a house in Sims 2. lol

I'm so thrilled to have the Feratus living Barnavelt House. They are too cool. 🙂 Maybe I should download Spike, too…I'm beginning to feel left out! 😥

🙂 FINALLY did some backtracking (missed out for several days :oops:) great idea with the vampires and I thought that bit about the sunscreen and contacts was too funny! Great work. great house, gotta check out that site!
