Prologue 02
June 20th, 2006
As he stood under the shower's spray, he tried to let the warm rivulets that cascaded down his body wash away the memories of the day. If only for a moment, he wanted to be free of thought—to exist only in the now with no past memories or future fantasies taunting him with her absence.
And it seemed to work for awhile…sort of.
It was actually a lot of work not thinking about her. Like the proverbial elephant in the room, thoughts of her kept intruding.
But with a concentrated effort, he chose to ignore them and instead turned his attention to what he and his brother should eat for dinner.
The hot water had run out by the time he got out of the shower but at least he had decided that he would cook something instead of ordering out.

Fan service or not, that shower scene was fantastic. I enjoyed it a lot.
There is such anguish and loss here, such emotion that is tangible and evident. I find myself being constant drawn into the character's minds, their stories and their experiences. Heartbreaking and superbly written.

Stunning…heartbreaking. The photo on the bedside table which shows her pregnant is so sad.
I love the shots. Elegant, sensual, astonishing angles and clarity, and particularly adore the city shots. Fantastic!

well, i'm one for the shower shots haha. i'm really loving Tahlvin and Hale are such unique creatures, wherever did you come up with such a great idea for characters? Btw, I love how you added sky/cloud details to almost every outdoor screen, it adds a lot of realism to your screens. great work.
