Behind-the-Scenes, Part 1

Some of you have been curious about my Ramsey/Shadowtalon family. I took a bunch of pictures while I was playing them and thought you might like to see a bit of what happened before "A Monster and a Maiden" started. I've made a comment here and there concerning certain pictures, but for the most part I've just thrown them up here so that you can see them.

This is just the first batch. I'll be posting some more over the next several days. Enjoy!

As in real life, I have a major weakness for kitties. So, prepare yourself to be inundated with a bunch of cute cat pictures. XD I've caught Sora and Tristan, my real life cats, sticking their tongue out at times.

By the way, this is Cimmy. Brandee and Jason adopted her when the boys were toddlers.

Also like my real kitties, especially Sora, Cimmy takes off on crazy runs around the house for no reason whatsoever. Cats are a little crazy, I'm convinced.

Oh, and that's the boys' bedroom in the background before I redecorated it with a space theme.

Here, Brandee is pregnant with Tahlvin's child, unbeknownst to Jason. Actually, at this point, Brandee was trying to put her infedelity behind her (avoiding Tahlvin at all costs) and hoping the baby was Jason's.

(At the time, I actually wasn't sure whose baby it was as I wasn't playing with the sound on so I didn't hear the lulluby music that announced Brandee was pregnant. In fact, I didn't realize she was pregnant until her morning sickness started. haha)

Uh oh! The last semi-peaceful moment in the household.

See baby Emily on the floor behind Brandee? Yeah. Jason realized right away that there was no way she could be related to him.

I won't go into total detail about what happened next but I will say that, instead of staying at home and trying to work things out, Jason left on an extended business trip only to move out when he returned home. He and Brandee had problems before this (hinted at in the Christmas Eve Story), but this was the death knell of their marriage. 😥

    Hahaha~ I know everything (or, maybe, not) about your cats. they're really crazy. but that little Cimmy is so cute. I like her, especially her tongue 😛
    and the pose on the 3rd picture (it remind me of my Wakamiya, dunno why (?)) 🙂
    and poor Jason. I thought he loves Brendee, but now they broke up their relationships 😥 I hope that everything is fine with him.

    that maid! :XO: I want him in my game, too (to be spoiled by him)

    I'd love to have that maid too…in real life! haha! Oh, and hugs to your precious Wakamiya. He's an adorable sim.

    And, yeah, it was really sad breaking up Jason and Brandee. I felt so evil, but I really wanted Tahlvin and Brandee to be together so… Don't worry to much about Jason though. He bounced back pretty fast and is now living across the street with someone's ex-wife. :p

    Aww, this made me a bit sad. I had to go look at the pictures of your cats to cheer myself up – it worked! They are both so gorgeous! And Cimmy is a cute little bundle of fluff, too.

    It's a pity Brandee and Jason broke up, but I expect it will all be for the best. "Someone's" ex-wife, huh? I have a pretty good idea of who that could be, heh.
    Nice to see your Simmies back again!

    Aww how sad, Brandee and Jason just ending like that. Ah well I gues if a sexy elf like Tahlvin came to my doorstep I'd have considered having abit of a fling with him 😛 Tahlvin's soooo irresistable (not that I'd ever cheat when Im married, damn it Im sixteed so Im allowed to talk about flings :P) Oh and that maid, yummy.

    I just got Sims 2 pets today 🙂 I love the kittens and puppies too, they are so adorable. Too bad in real life my parents hate pets and I can't stand cats 😆

    Oh and I noticed your sims' houses are plastered with pictures from WoW. (Yeah Im a recovering WoW addict, whoosh the days where I was on the verge of malnourishment for none stop playing 😆 ) They are really artist looking.

    Cadie: Congrats on Sims 2 Pets! I think it's a great addition to the game. And, yep, I too am a total WoW addict still (although I'm currently taking a break from it). I'm looking forward to Wrath of the Lich King. 😀 Anyway, I got the pictures from c_Literati at TSR.

    Reyoko: heehee It's true. Brandee and Tahlvin just have to be together.

    I always enjoy looking at your pictures- they are always snapped so beautifully. So, does this mean you actually play your families that you use for your stories? I never do for my movies- I think I'm too impatient for that or just lazy. Heehee.

    I hardly had a chance to play with Pets since I installed and uninstalled it pretty quickly but what little I did play, I found the kitties so absolutely adorable. That shot of the cat with the tongue hanging out had me cracking up.

    Decorgal: Thank you, Judy. 🙂 I don't really play all my families. Mainly just the Ramseys (Jason, Brandee, the three kids) and Shadowtalons (Tahlvin and Sam). Even then, I don't play them that much (well, I don't actually play the game much at all…just take pictures for my stories).

    I basically played them here because I needed Emily to be a child and, instead of forcing her to age through InSIM, I decided to play her until she was the right age. It was a lot of fun.

    And, yeah, I love the Sim cats too…as you'll soon see. Prepare to be bombarded by a lot of cat pictures. 😉

    Cimmy is extremely cute 🙂 I can imagine the fireworks in the Ramsey house when Jason realised that Emily wasn't his daughter! Can't blame Brandee for getting together with Tahlvin though, and as Jason's happily settled elsewhere everything seems to have worked out for them all.

    The maid is rather tasty …. 😉

    That maid is indeed sexy.

    Cimmy is the kitten I always adopt when I play my game and one of the families wants a kitten.
