Power of Love: A Music Storyboard

Music "Video" (1 of 17)

I kind of made a music video, or perhaps music video storyboard would be a more appropriate term (because I just don't have the time to make a real Sims' video). You can consider it a video for "The Monster and the Maiden". It's also a chance to see Julian perform and to hear what I think he sounds like. And, yes, Edmond really does play the guitar. He's not just pretending for the video. In fact, you may have seen a guitar and a violin scattered about his house. They aren't just clutter.

    oh! me gusta! I can't wait for the new chapter with Julian. I can't believe you got another doll. I wonder how my lovely friend is doing…Domink. I LOVE his nose…haha.

    *Squeals* Okay, I'm officially a rabid fan of Julian now. The facial expressions when he 'sings' is incredible. How sexy can a sim get?

    Oh – my – word *HIGH PITCHED SQUEEL*! That was just incredible. Julian looks stunning and that voice suits him perfectly and Edmond…well he can come practice guitar with me any day really 😆 .
    The suspense is killing me now, what will the next chapter be like?
    These hints are just making me all antsy!

    Oh and on a side note, seeing as you are turning sexy sims into BJD dolls and vice-versa, any chance Viktor :XO: will make a Sims 2 appearance in the near future? I may have developed a slight crush on him from checking him out yesterday lol

    Eva: Muchas gracias! 🙂 Unfortunately, I sold Dom. Luckily though, he was adopted by a woman who loves him very much. I do miss his nose though.

    Gayl: *Julian picks up lingerie and hangs it on his mic stand.* 😉 Thank you! I didn't start out with a plan to do this set, I just wanted to see what Julian looked like singing and it changed into this small project. haha

    Hydrakitten: Yay! Thank you! I love being able to see his facial expressions as opposed to the more static expression of the BJD. It helps me get to know his character better too.

    BanSidhe: I'm so glad you loved the song. They are one of my favorite bands actually. This was one of their more laid back songs. I would have been surprised if you found it on iTunes though. It was released on their Delikatessen album, which I had to get as an import.

    Cadie: haha Thank you! I knew once I heard that voice that it was exactly how Julian would sound. And, yes, Edmond…he's quite a bit more talented (and sexy) with a guitar than even I had imagined.

    Funny that you mention Viktor as I am indeed planning on making him a Sim sometime in the future. I haven't started on him yet, but I have started keeping my eye out for a hairstyle that would work for him.

    BanSidhe: Good idea! Then at least I'd be able to still have Dom's character around if not the doll. I hope I'll be able to do him justice. Of course, he'll have to have his lovely nose. :XO:

    Oh, this is interesting. It's funny how as you respected a lot of music videos codes, and with the music in the background and the lyrics under the pics, it feel more lively than you could imagine at first, hehe. And I did not picture Julian with this kind of voice, but it does suits him. It's actually pretty close to the voice I imagine my Aingeru sims has…

    *puts on nerdy glasses* as a side note, the original song is not by Freddy but Frankie Goes to Hollywood, as in Frank Sinatra, or Frankie says relax T-shirts 🙂
    I love the original song btw. Gotta love the 80s 😆

    Dektora:haha I could have sworn I typed "Frankie Goes to Hollywood" and than you must have misread what I wrote, but I scrolled back up to the post and…you're right. Ack! That's too funny! My fingers don't always listen to my brain. 😉

    Aingeru has a sexy voice then. Isn't it interesting how we imagine what our guys will sound like? I guess it helps make them feel more real.
