While I was taking portrait shots for the upcoming character page a couple of weeks ago, I caught Tahlvin in a candid moment—staring out over the city in deep contemplation.
I wonder what he's thinking about?

Mmmmm, Tahlvin ….. 😉 He looks different somehow, unless it's the lighting? Serious thoughts are going through his mind by the look of things, but I love the slight smirk on his face in the first picture (with the City Blues text).

Tahlvin looks very handsome in these pics. I'm wondering what he's thinking too. He could thinking about something as serious about what his place is in the world or maybe he's thinking about where he's gonna go on his next holiday.

😀 Brilliant. I've been lurking around here off and on since last year, or even further back. You hadn't even uploaded Chapter 1 yet when I started checking it out. I've decided to be brave and make myself known to you! =] I absolutely love your work! I wish I had a better computer, then I would do things like this as well… but my computer is just average. I should probably buy some more memory and space and junk like that. And a new graphics card.
Anyway, I just love these pictures! Now because of Tahlvin (my imaginary boyfriend) I'll never be able to date because everybody else will be second class or something. He's so adorable! -hugs him tightly- I think I have a problem with falling for pixels… XD Oh well. Screw normality, it's so overrated.

I just can't get over how utterly real your simmies look! I've tried making some of my sims realistic looking, but they always turn out looking goofy! I love your sets too, great use of lighting and decor!

I, like a few people who commented already, thought Tahlvin looked a bit different.. I think it's the unshaven look? I seem to remember smooth, hairless skin in past pictures. Anyway, he looks great. It might just be my attraction to sad characters, but it really does seem like he's contemplating something profound, like he's..missing something/someone.
I'm getting all analytical here, as usual, but it's hardly something I can control..
Adore the angles, by the way. As a photographer-to-be I am always looking for good angles. Lovely!

I love the introspective look in these pics. And the reflection of the city in the glass behind him is just wow. Very cool! For a guy with pointy ears, he's pretty hunky. Then again, I thought Dr. Spock was, too… 8}
BTW – thought you might be interested in this little UI mod I happened across today over at MTS2, being as you take screenshots and have to crop. 🙂
